Hi, I'm Rachel!

I'm an editor and print/digital journalist at the University of Central Florida with a minor in history. I'm a senior and intend to graduate in the spring of 2026.

My professional background lies in the culinary arts, including my full certification in cuisine and pâtisserie from Le Cordon Bleu London.
